Carnival O' Consent is an educational larp (roleplaying game) that allows players to practice consent-related skills.

After playing this game, students will be able to:

Express wants and needs in relationship
Negotiate shared interests
Say no to things that aren’t a good fit

The object of the game is to create a theme park that aligns with each students’ character’s (“Developer”) likes and dislikes. Ultimately, the developers are working to create a trusting relationship so they can eventually create a theme park empire.

Debrief questions are tailored towards reflecting on how communication felt, what they noticed about the other person’s communication, and how to apply these skills in real life.
